Position title: Maintenance Performance Analysis, Engineer
To demonstrate all maintenance work KPIs, monitor, report discrepancy or gaps for lag and lead indicators. In addition, create assessment tool to report the KPIs compliance level with gap analysis and share it with relative function to develop resolution plan.
-Develop, document and align site Asset Maintenance Work Processes performance measures.
-Analyze the maintenance KPIs for any improvement
-Provide proposals for bridging identified performance gaps.
-Support efficient execution of Maintenance strategies through AMWP.
-Provide analysis result to Support site teams to achieve required level of compliance.
-Standardize KPIs reporting of AMWP performances across site.
-Support site in managing Plant Maintenance (SAP PM Module) Data Quality.
-Participate in relevant cross-functional improvement teams as needed.
Education & Certification:
-SAP PM Module power user.
-Good knowledge of English Language.
Minimum 10 years maintenance planning experience with minimum 3 years SAP & KPIs experience.

Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
