The Organization: Our client is a private multi-specialty hospital in Doha, Qatar, part of a bigger investment group. They are expanding their scope of service with new departments and physicians, and strive for continuous improvement of their patient experience.
Duties & Responsibilities: For one of their departments, our client is hiring a Massage Therapist with slimming massage experience. •Provide 30- to 50-minute specified massages for appointment holders and walk-ins; •Guide clients through the service offerings and help them choose the types of massages that would benefit them most; •Take detailed histories from clients, including information about any injuries or conditions, such as diabetes; •Design sessions around clients’ specific complaints or problem areas; •Listen to clients during massages and adjust technique to meet their needs; •Suggest massage schedules for recurring sessions;
Skills & Competencies: •Good English communication skills •Excellent customer service and sales skills •Physical able to handle this physically demanding job
Education & Qualifications: •Experience working in a spa or therapy center environment •Experience with slimming massages is mandatory •Healthy and presentable •Experience in GCC is highly preferred

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
