Duties & Responsibilities
Project based mechanical inspector responsible for ensuring compliance with contract requirements on mechanical/plumbing work carried out by the contractor.
To review and approve contractor submittals, resolve technical issues arising and ensure compliance with contract requirements.
Carry out daily inspections of the works and sign off the relevant part of the contractor's RFI's in a timely manner.
Raise any non conformance or poor workmanship with the Senior Mechanical Engineer in a timely manner.
Ensure contractor compliance with contract specifications and approved shop drawings.
Assist Site Resident Engineer with review of shop drawing and material submittals.
Monitor and report contractor progress and all activities.

Interacting with external customers and internal customers and addressing their queries, requests and complaints.

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
