Black & Grey HR is working with one of the leading companies in the Consultancy industry. Our client is looking to hire MEP Testing & Commissioning Manager – Rails. Due to its rapid growth & expansion it requires a testing & commissioning manager for its upcoming project of metro rail in Doha who will manage the testing and commissioning team leading and coordinating all testing and commissioning activities and ensuring standards and operability is maintained for the low voltage systems.
The implementation of all testing & commissioning safety rules and procedures
The coordination of all personnel and arrangements required during on-site testing: power supply arrangements, compatibility between T&C activities and other activities (remedial or completion works)
Liaising with the O&M Contractor during the relevant test phases
The management of rail movements within test zones and to / from tests zones
Define and support regarding induction(s) requirements for Rail Safety Workers (Hazard Zone induction,
Liaising with emergency services (police, fire brigade) and third parties (local highway authorities [RMS], other third parties) to ensure the safe implementation of T&C activities.
Support the O&M Contractor during the trial running and performances tests period.
Bachelors degree in any stream.
Diploma / Engineering
Must have an experience of MEP T & C of at least 6 to 10 years.
Prior experience with Rail construction.

Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
