NATIONAL SALES MANAGER
SSF being the first manufacturing facility of its kind in Saudi Arabia, manufactures an extensive range of products for access, slab support and formwork applications. The company also operates a Powered Access Division for façade and building maintenance equipment installation on high rise buildings. The factory operates out of Dammam, with regional offices and warehouses strategically placed in Riyadh and Jeddah as well.
Heading the sales of Scaffolding, NSM shall be responsible for overall evaluation of the existing business as compared to market potential and shall prepare a business plan encompassing production, trading activities and propose pricing / distribution policies. He shall assume overall responsibility for sales and establishment of profitability and growth of the company while maintaining high ethical standards.
Candidates shall be preferably Civil or Mechanical engineering graduates, with at least 5 years of relevant experience ideally within the Kingdom, in reputed companies at managerial level, with exposure to handling techno-commercial matters. Graduates majoring in Business management / Administration also shall be considered. The position requires a strong marketing orientation, good business acumen, commanding personality, effective communication skills and strong inter-personal skills.The ideal candidate would be aged below 40 years and have well rounded experience in general operations, business development, sales and marketing, contractual and fiscal negotiations, long range planning and strategy, market studies, budgetary planning and control, staff development, training etc.

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
