The Organization: Our client is a private healthcare group with hospitals, clinics and outlets throughout the UAE. For one of their hospitals in Abu Dhabi, they are hiring multiple experienced Nursing Supervisors for different departments. Specific experience for each department is needed: OBG OPD, OBG In Patient, ICU and NICU.
Duties & Responsibilities: This role will support the manager: •Supervises and coordinates activities of staff; •Ensures adherence to procedure and schedule; •Supervises the procurement and maintenance of equipment and supplies, staffing and training of employees, and budgeting; •Makes day-to-day decisions for a group of nurses;
Skills & Competencies: •Excellent communication skills; •Excellent leadership and decision making skills; •Ability to work well under pressure; Education & Qualifications: •Bachelor degree in Nursing; •HAAD/DHA/MOH license (or at least eligibility); •Proven experience in specific department, preferably within UAE/GCC

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
