1. University Qualifications: Bachelor Degree in any Stream
2. Other certifications obtained: ISO Certified
3. Nature and length of previous experience: Minimum 5 Years of Experience in Business Development Department of Construction and Contracting companies in Qatar.
4. Specialist knowledge: Contract Administration, Tender Processing, Bidding, Managing ISO Certifications for the company and Audit, Handling Correspondences, Document Control, Planning & Progress of the Project.
5. Soft Skills and Personality traits: Excellent Interpersonal skills
Job Description :

Interacting with external customers and internal customers and addressing their queries, requests and complaints.

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
