The Organization: Our client is a private multi-specialty hospital in Doha, Qatar. They are looking to hire a dynamic and motivated Consultant in Ophthalmology as part of the development and expansion of the ophthalmology services.
Duties & Responsibilities: The successful candidate will work within the Ophthalmology department of this hospital with a supportive team providing a full range of elective and emergency ophthalmology services (both medical and surgical) for the residents of Doha, Qatar.
Skills & Competencies: •Excellent decision making skills, knowledge of the latest medical developments, genuine care and concern for the patients •Excellent communication skills; English is mandatory •Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team of healthcare professionals
Education & Qualifications: •Bachelors in General Medicine •Master in Ophthalmology specialization •Minimum 5 years’ experience post-graduation •A valid professional license to practice, or registration from home country and/or country of last employment is mandatory

Interacting with external customers and internal customers and addressing their queries, requests and complaints.

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
