Responsibilities:- -Examine all patients as per the "eye test essential" -Check for signs and symptoms of general health conditions -Communicate with patients to get detailed case history -Use specialist equipment (e.g. Phoropter, Auto-refractometre, Retinoscope, Ophthalmoscope, Slit Lamp) for diagnosis and testing -Contact Lenses measurement and fitting
Skills:- -Good communication skills -Excellent knowledge of most common optical instruments and their application -Excellent knowledge of major international brands available of frames, sunglasses, Rx lenses, contact lenses and solutions -Fluent in English mandatory -Bachelor degree in Optometry from Recongnized University -HAAD, MOH, DHA, DHCC or GCC license preferred -2 to 5 years work experience in clinical or retail industry -Customer service oriented

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
