The Organization: Our client is a private healthcare group with hospitals, clinics and outlets throughout the UAE. For one of their hospitals in Abu Dhabi, they are hiring an experience OT Manager.
Duties & Responsibilities: •Supervises and coordinates activities of all staff in the operating room; •Ensures adherence to procedure and schedule; •Supervises the procurement and maintenance of equipment and supplies, staffing and training of employees, and budgeting; •Makes day-to-day decisions for a group of OT Nurses and Technicians;
Skills & Competencies: •Excellent communication skills; •Excellent leadership and decision making skills; •Ability to work well under pressure; •Flexibility and the ability to juggle priorities; •Strong organizational skills
Education & Qualifications: •Bachelor Degree in related field; •HAAD/DHA/MOH license (or at least eligibility); •Proven experience in supervising/management role in operation theatre/room

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
