The Organization:
Our client is the royal family of one of the 7 emirates in UAE. They own several properties in UAE, mainly living in Ajman. The family has 7 children in the age of 7 to 21 years old. They have around 20 staff working in the house/palace, among which are maids, nannies, kitchen staff, gardeners and drivers. The family is hiring a female Palace/Household Manager to be responsible for the daily operation of the several homes and management of the supporting staff.

Duties & Responsibilities:
This Palace/Household Manager oversees the general operation of the homes. She has the responsibilities of planning, organizing and coordinating family events, managing household calendars and schedules, budgeting and purchasing of food, supplies and other requested items, managing all household staff, scheduling and supervising home maintenance projects, paying household bills and completing any other requested administrative tasks, running errands and performing all other necessary tasks.

Skills & Competencies:
•Highly competent in and experienced with a large variety of household and service duties;
•Strong supervisory, problem-solving, and social skills;
•Adaptable to the needs of the employer and handles pressure well;
•Independent and responsible attitude;

Education & Qualifications:
•Any relevant Bachelor degree;
•Strong background in similar role, or in hotel or restaurant management;
•Experience with managing staff of different nationalities is mandatory;
