Job Description
  • Administers and processes payroll according to internal procedures. 
  • Ensures payments are calculated and paid accurately and timely. 
  • Ensures proper calculation of taxes and deductions. 
  • Provides customer support to the sites including any off-cycle or replacement payments needed. 
  • Reviews the information prepared for general ledger entries and other accounting and financial reporting 
  • activities associated with payroll. 
  • Participated in the review and preparation of data necessary for the filing of payroll related tax returns and 
  • miscellaneous withholding forms. 
  • Completes year end process including year-end adjustments, year-end tax statements and review of year-end 
  • tax filing information. 
  • Serves as an internal and external resource on payroll related inquiries. 
  • Participates in continuous improvement projects and initiates. 
  • Supports the development and maintenance of payroll process documentation. 
  • Ensures compliance with internal controls on payroll systems and compliance with tax and other payroll 
  • related legislation. 
  • Full payroll responsibility for Cummins Arabia across UAE, KSA & Kuwait. 
  • Ensuring compliance with WPS in line with legislation for all countries. 
  • Vendor Relationship Management. 
  • Processing time and attendance data plus deductions across all 3 countries. 
  • Providing reports as required by the business from payroll. 
  • Key contact for all payroll queries across 3 counties. 
  • Liaising with finance of general ledger data.
Critical Skills:
  • Payroll Administration - Possesses and can apply the knowledge of the basic elements of payroll processing. 
  • Finance Internal Controls - Understands the importance of finance internal controls within the business processes. Has general knowledge about common controls procedures and knows when to apply. 
  • Finance Process - Documentation Familiar with basic elements of finance process documentation and when to apply. 
  • Human Resources Data Management - Understands Human Resources information requirements. Able to perform data quality reviews and take corrective actions to ensure data completeness and accuracy. Has a full understanding of information confidentiality requirements. 
  • Taxation of Employee Compensation and Benefits - Familiar with the basic elements of the taxation of employee compensation and benefits and is capable of applying at basic level. 
  • Diversity Management - Has a basic understanding of diversity management concepts and practices.
Salary Range - Between 7500 SAR - 8500 SAR
