The Organization: Our client is a private multi-specialty hospital in Doha, Qatar, part of a bigger investment group. They are expanding their scope of service with new departments and physicians, and strive for continuous improvement of their patient experience. They are urgently hiring experienced Physiotherapists.
Duties & Responsibilities: •helping patients recover from accident, illness or injury •organizing physical exercise sessions •liaising with professionals such as doctors and nurses •providing education and advice about exercise and movement •keeping up to date with the latest advancements in the profession
Skills & Competencies: •Pleasant personality and excellent communication skills •Patience to deal with any kind of patients •Physically fit enough to demonstrate the activities in their treatment plans
Education & Qualifications: •Bachelor Degree in Physiotherapy/Physical Therapy; •Licensed in home country and country of practice; •At least 2 years’ experience as licensed physiotherapist; •Located and licensed in Qatar preferably (with NOC), if outside Qatar then at least Qatar prometric exam/Data Flow should been completed; •Available asap

Interacting with external customers and internal customers and addressing their queries, requests and complaints.

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
