The Organization: Our client is locally owned holding company with entities in different industries like retail, production and trade. For their factory in Al Ain, they are hiring a Product Designer, preferably trained at the NIFT in India.
Duties & Responsibilities: •Create design ranges as per calendar & seasonal requirements; •Increase the product portfolio with new style; •Select fabrics, accessories, threads, and latest technologies; •Introduce new techniques, constructions, textures, base fabrics; •Research the domestic market to understand trends, colour direction and breakthrough technology & participate in setting the design philosophies & standards; •Product creation & development based on the clearly defined annual and seasonal product strategy for the brand; •Prepare and submit weekly, monthly and annual production and products reports to the management and conduct periodic reviews of performance and provide feedback; •Coordinating with retail team, production team, procurements team and vendors; •Evaluate the brands performance in the earlier season as per feedback from retail team and rework on the design inputs for the forthcoming season; •Make sure all outgoing products pass company standards and that the products meet customer satisfaction by maintaining quality at a reasonable cost.
Skills & Competencies: •Good communication skills; •Good knowledge of trends, colour direction, breakthrough technology and design philosophies & standards; •Knowledge of custom order and bulk order production •Well versed with Photoshop, Illustrator and CorelDraw & Office software
Education & Qualifications: •Bachelors/Master’s degree in Fashion Design, highly preferred from NIFT India; •7-8 years of designing experience for ethnic men’s style garments specialization in Middle East is mandatory;

Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
