Job Description

Our client, a leading IT Distributor is looking for a Product Manager to join their Data Storage division
Responsibility
  • Determine customers’ needs and desires by specifying the research needed to obtain market information.
  • Involved in defining strategies for vendor and product Management
  • Assess market competition by comparing the company’s product to competitors’ products.
  • Provide source data for product line communications by defining product marketing communication objectives.
  • Obtains product market share by working with sales team to develop product sales strategies.
  • Responsible for Business Development in the region by finding new consultants/contractors.
  • Provide information for management by preparing short-term and long-term product sales forecasts and special reports and analyses; answering questions and requests.
  • Facilitate inventory turnover and product availability by reviewing and adjusting inventory levels and production schedules.
  • Prepare product forecasts, and constantly monitor inventory levels held at warehouses including liaison with production (locally and globally) to ensure supply timelines.
  • Open doors for the product to enter into new markets.
  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Other important details:
  • UAE experience is mandatory
  • Excellent communication
