Site management in line with PQP and ensuring the completion of the assigned project within the budgeted quality, cost and time standard Programming of works for projects assigned. Assigning works to site staff in co-ordination with Projects Manager. Order and control of site materials in line with PQP. Managing subcontractors and suppliers as per project requirement. Coordination with consultants, client, and other authorities. Issuance of subcontractor payment certificates and other reports as per Construction procedures. Providing information for monthly invoices and monthly report. Reporting performance of site staff, sub-contractors to Projects Manager/ OsM. Assisting in the introduction of new methods of construction, equipment, and machinery to improve the construction process.

Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
