we are recruiting for a pro for a client in dubai. job responsibilties: • arranging and applying for new employee’s job offer letters, employment visas, required payments, new labour contracts and new labour cards etc. • any amendments in above documents salary adjustment in labour contracts, profession changing in labour cards, cancelation of labour cards for outgoing employees and deletion from the files. • documentation for establishment cards, changing, amendments or any other related jobs. • licence updating in l/office, immigration and renewal of labour cards in labour office • new employment visas from immigration, urgent renewal of res. visas, cancelation of res. visas for outgoing, change of status for res. visas for those employees who are inside the country. • coordination and to solve the problem of transit/visit visas when it stuck in immigration due to some reason. • entry permits for the families of new employees, new/renewal of res.visas of all employees, arranging medical certificates, ejari certificates, emirates i.d and stamping of res.visas in passports for all employees and their families. • renewal of res. visas arranging l/cards, contracts for the house maids/house servants of top managers • renewal /amendment of establishment card /computer card, pro card for immigration • business/visits visas from consulates/embassies in dubai/abu dhabi of various countries • less / more company documents and certificates attestation from m/foreign affairs and related consulates • reimbursement of security deposits from dewa or any other company

Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
