The Organization: Our client is a private healthcare group with hospitals, clinics and outlets throughout the UAE. They are hiring a Quality Manager – Arab National for one of their hospitals in UAE.
Duties & Responsibilities: •Responsible for the management of documents pertinent to the Quality program, for example ensuring the appropriate review and update of policies and procedures Ensures that processes needed for the quality management systems are maintained; •Ensures execution of corrective actions and ongoing compliance working with clinical, non-clinical and administrative services; •Ensures the performance of the Quality and Patient Safety Program is reviewed to maintain adequacy, effectiveness and continuous stability; •Periodical assessment of hospitals on quality check list and arrive at a score for the facility; •Identification of gaps, develop action plan under the guidance of in- charge of the hospital and monitor compliance; •Ensuring that the hospital meets all regulatory compliances;
Skills & Competencies: •High level of verbal and written communication skills; •Ability to build and maintain solid working relationships; •High level of analytical and auditing skills; •Facilitation and presentation skills;
Education & Qualifications: •Proven experience in similar position for reputed hospital; •JCI Experience;

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
