Job Description

Black & Grey HR is working with a GCC investment company based in Dubai, UAE. Our client is looking to hire an experienced Real Estate Development Manager to take full responsibilities of the company new developments in Dubai, UAE.
The responsibilities will include the appointment of consultants & contractors, suggesting and discussing designs, concept ideas, tenders, evaluation of business opportunities, and managing development operation.

Requirements:
  • A civil or architect engineer with 10 years experience in Development field in Dubai real estate sector.
  • Minimum of 8 years of major projects and leadership experience with one or more of the main players in the market.
  • Ability to operate independently and collaborate with Chairman for the implementation of company strategy.


Specific Knowledge/ Skills:
  • Knowledge of the region & understanding of real estate and investment law in Dubai
  • Effective project management skills
  • Excellent data compilation / reporting skills
  • Advanced Project Management, MS Office skills
  • Effective business writing skills
  • High level of English proficiency.
