Black & Grey HR is working with a leading outsourcing services company providing government services who are looking to hire a Regional Human Resource Manager to be based in Shanghai, China and manage their other offices in Beijing and Gonzo. As the HR Manager, you will oversee all aspects of Human Resources and provide a highly responsive and professional support to the Business while ensuring proper implementation of company strategy and objectives for the China operations of this large and established global outsourcing company. Reporting to the Regional HR Head directly, your responsibilities will include, developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy, Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues, recruitment, selection and training, preparation of HR budget and management plans, succession planning processes and performance Management and appraisals. This is a management position where you will truly lead as the HR business partner the performance at an operational level; therefore it is imperative that you have at least 10 plus years of experience leading a HR function in a medium to large organization in China. You should have had previous experience in dealing directly with employee issues, local labor law and HR Best Practices in China. In addition, you should excellent leadership and strong communication skills to effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company. Our client has stated a preference for fluent Bilingual – English / Mandarin speaking candidates with Masters degree in Human Resources or related field. Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
