To develop and implement effective strategies to deliver on various High-rise reinforcement works. Only Licensed Engineer from Dubai Municipality for unlimited stories buildings can be considered for this role.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Directly involved in Reinforcement Detailing, Check and Approve Schedules & Drawings issued by Designers.
Organizing, coordinating, and Procuring reinforcement rebar, Detailing and Scheduling of Pile Reinforcements for Permanent and Temporary works.
Call in rebar for the project, manage deliveries, and approve payments.
Organizing, co-ordinating, and ordering reinforcement rebar for the entire project.
Detailing and scheduling of pile reinforcements for the project and temporary works. Call in rebar for the project, manage deliveries. Check and issue up-to-date documents, schedules & drawings.
Checking and supervising fixing of rebar.
Keep records of all issues of rebar drawings & Bar Bending Schedules in preparation for rebar orders.
Perform other duties for the PM and management staff.
Minimum five years experience in Civil Works.
Licensed Dubai Municipality (DM) approved Civil / Reinforcement Engineer status. And a formal health and safety qualification (e.g. Nebosh Construction Certificate).
Having civil construction industry (high-rise projects) experience of 4-7 years recommended.
Demonstrated experience in asset management, civil construction and maintenance.
Demonstrated ability to coordinate, plan and prioritize works programs using the best practices.
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications.
Knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety policies and procedures.
Highly developed communication skills, both written and verbal.
Fluent in English is a must. Hindi and Arabic is a plus

Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
