Job Description
  • Ensure targets are met and work in conjunction with the regulators. 
  • Listing of high potential companies to banks approved list and sourcing all banking products. 
  • Listening to customer requirements and presenting appropriately to make a sale. 
  • Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone calls and emails. 
  • Cold calling to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business.Responding to incoming email and phone enquiries. 
  • Acting as a contact between a company and its existing and potential markets. 
  • Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales. 
  • Develop and maintain professional understanding of customer base to assist Bank deepening current relationships. 
  • Perform as key contact for selected customer relationships under Bank guidance. 
  • Initiate apt activities to ensure on time and scheduled response to customers. 
  • Support to open and link new accounts on One Source. 
  • Review independently all documents and link entire customer accounts to suitable relationship. 
  • Provide securities details, quotes and valuations to customers. 
  • Implement and supervise all unsolicited trade activities. 
  • Conduct evaluation of client's accounts. 
  • Collect mandatory information to analyze client situation. 
  • Dealing with customer enquiries face to face, over the phone or via email. 
  • Contacting prospective customers and discussing their requirements. 
  • Achieving all revenue targets & objectives in line with the business Plan. 
  • Reporting business trends and area performance to the Manager. 
  • Developing & maintaining successful business relationships with all prospects. 
  • Identifying what customers want. 
  • Planning and organising the day to ensure all opportunities are maximised. 
  • Developing a full understanding of the business market-place. 
  • Able to work independently in a fast paced and rapidly changing environment. 
  • Can identify threats as well as opportunities. 
  • Developing and motivating teams to do better. 
  • IT literate and proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. 
  • Comfortable in dealing with Senior Managers or Executives. 
  • Developing business relationships through networking. 
  • Ability to win and retain long-term high quality clients as well as recurring business.
