We firmly believe that we service our customers best by positioning our facilities as close as possible to major film markets to enable them to requisition film supplies at short call. Our aim is to ship freshly produced films from our plants within 7 days of receipt of customers’ orders. Apart from just in time deliveries, freshly produced films bring with them the significant advantage of better properties that are ideally suited for conversion, especially for value-added films like coated, metalized and treated films where product properties are best immediately after manufacture. JIT deliveries enable our customers to keep their money in their banks and not tie it up in inventories and warehousing. Building on its strong concept of being closer to the customer and offering just-in-time solutions with its culture of innovation, Flex started the operations in U.A.E in 2005 as a part of its drive to be closer to quality conscious markets of the Middle East, Europe and other parts of the world.

Interacting with external customers and internal customers and addressing their queries, requests and complaints.

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
