Required Skills & Job Responsibilities
-Candidate must be Persian , based in Tehrain
-Need at least 3 to 5 years work experience in Home appliance industry, familiar with Iran sales channel, main players etc.
-Will work on defining and achieving targeted - sales Value and Volume with the CSM , accountable for Yearly sales target of the region assigned, define with the team and the distributor's sales budget and sales and promotion plans including its implementation.
-Provide a continuous/cohesive flow of market intelligence data from the markets in your territory including but not limited to competitor activities and pricing, market shares and trends, price waterfalls.bench marking reports, distribution and visibility.
-To set up product line up, product life cycle , Product Display Matrix in Iran and update Regional office and HQ(headquarter) time to time (preferably every quarter)
-Develop very strong relationship with all Customers with Agent – distributors, Power Retailers, Dealers and Project etc.
-Proactive and regular coordination with factories for any after sales related issue. Continuous flow of communication about product quality, Product aesthetic, etc. with factories.
-Product to Handle – Microwave, Oven Toaster, Cooking range, Built in Appliances and Dish washer

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
