Region:NORTH INDIA
JOB DESCRIPTION


We are looking for a high-performing Head of Sales North India to help us in connecting and acquiring new customers, achieving revenue growth and maintaining the company’s competitive edge by being innovative. You will be responsible for overseeing all sales activities in his / her region (Delhi / NCR, Punjab, UP, Bihar & Rajasthan) and managing the sales team.

Responsibilities:


· Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team

· Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence

· Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives

· Building the business within the territory using a variety of sales techniques

· Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs

· Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team

· Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status

· Working closely with other territory sales heads and national account managers

Skills and Requirements:


· Successful previous experience as a sales head or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets

· Minimum of 6 years experience in the field of sales

· Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences

· Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization

· Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close

· Strong business sense and industry expertise – must have thorough knowledge of the related territory

· Excellent mentoring, coaching and ability to inspire sales teams
