Bachelor’s Degree in related field or equivalent similar experience required
Minimum 2 years or equivalent experience in Sales, preferably in Hospitality / Real Estate and Serviced Residences industries
Effective sales skills to up-sell products and services
Knowledge of Event Technology products and services
Knowledge of contract management and legalities
Broad understanding of facility management (sanitation, maintenance, operations)
Strong customer development and relationship management skills
Displays emotional maturity and sensitivity in dealing with others
Operates with integrity and objectivity at all times
Extremely organized and demonstrates good planning skills
Outgoing, pleasant personality and guest-oriented
Demonstrates leadership qualities
Should be able to work long hours with minimum supervision
Strong communication skills
Can speak Arabic is advantage
Work Location: Dubai
Salary is up to 8,500 (basic salary) plus 5,750 (accommodation) 1,500 (transportation) depending on qualifications and experience, plus annual air ticket (self, spouse and up to two children), life insurance (self) and medical insurance (self, spouse and up to two children)

To ensure customer service and support all operations. To create customer delight at every interaction.
Interacting with external customers and internal customers and addressing their queries, requests and complaints.

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
