Duties & Responsibilities: •Provide accurate information (e.g. product features, pricing and after-sales services); •Answer customers’ questions about specific products/services; •Conduct price and feature comparisons to facilitate purchasing; •Cross-sell products; •Ensure racks are fully stocked; •Manage returns of merchandise; •Inform customers about discounts and special offers; •Stay up-to-date with new products/services;
Skills & Competencies: •Excellent communication skills, capable of building trusting relationships; •Understanding of the retail sales process; •Familiarity with consumer behavior principles; •Track record of achieving sales quotas; •Customer satisfaction-oriented; •Flexibility to work various shifts;
Education & Qualifications: •High school degree; •Proven work experience as a Retail Sales Representative, Sales Associate or similar role; •Should be flexible to relocate;

Interacting with external customers and internal customers and addressing their queries, requests and complaints.

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
