The Organization: Our client is a CBSE Curriculum School, newly to be opened in Dubai UAE in 2018. The school is part of a diversified group of companies, headquartered in Abu Dhabi. The group is expanding, especially in the educational sector.
Duties & Responsibilities: They are hiring an Arabic speaking Secretary to Principal for CBSE Curriculum School with knowledge of administration related work, KHDA and UAE labor law. •Prepare instructional materials, meeting agendas, honor rolls, graduation lists, and campus communication as requested •Maintain a daily teacher attendance log and records for substitute teachers •Maintain school calendar of events •Schedule meetings and appointments and maintain calendar for principal •Maintain physical and computerized files including inventory of school and office supplies, mailing lists, student records, visitor logs, and office communication. •Accept phone calls directed to the Principal. Screen calls, evaluate nature of call and resolve or re-direct Skills & Competencies: •Excellent in Office administration •Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic •Flexible and adapt to changing circumstances •Must be highly motivated and have a positive attitude.
Education & Qualifications: •Bachelor Degree in any •Proven knowledge of KHDA and UAE Labor Law •Minimum 3 to 4 years’ of experience in similar role in CBSE curriculum school is preferred

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
