Skills / Qualifications o Excellent technical writing skills in both English and Arabic languages (excellent command of English is very important, especially in terms of writing reports,

o Critical thinking and analytical mind, problem solving skills, report writing, innovative,

o Excellent work ethic as well as commitment and ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines,

o Good business and management acumen,

o Experience/exposure to HR and organizational development consultancy is a major plus,

o To deliver consultancy output to a high standard.,

o Conduct research and analysis, synthe findings and produce high quality reports and presentations, often in English.,

o Support in business development activities particularly technical proposal writing (including technical approaches, methodologies, work plans, etc.),

o Maintain communications and good working relationships with clients and peer professionals,

o Full support in delivering consultancies and projects in a timely manner

Skills / Qualifications As a Senior Consultant, the candidate is expected to carry out multidisciplinary research and analysis, and produce consultancy reports to a high standard. The candidate is also expected to contribute significantly to technical proposal writing, including: developing technical approaches, methodologies, consulting project work plans, etc. The candidate is expected to have good experience (3-5 years) in the field of management consulting and to be able to act as a Senior Consultant in a range of management consulting areas, and prepare consulting reports and presentations in both English and Arabic languages.
