The Organization: Our client is a semi-government organization in Dubai offering B2B services to organizations in different industries. They are hiring an UAE National Senior Manager, Investments to source, plan, manage investment opportunities, make recommendations and ensure effective management of the investment process.
Duties & Responsibilities: •Source, plan, coordinate and analyze investment, prepare and analyze projects feasibility studies, to hold, buy or sell, and support the implementation of the investment projects ensuring that all are complying with the investment plan timeline and objectives set; •Identifying target investments for the organization from internal and external resources and coming up with recommendations; •Investment analysis to include scenario analysis, risk analysis, performance indicators, sensitives; •Formulate, gain approval on investment proposals and budgets ensuring subsequent adherence to approved budgetary plan and the availability of funds as when needed; •Manage, establish and implement systems, procedures and processes ensuring timelines, high quality and cost-effectiveness; •Contribute to design, control and implementing a framework of financial risk management and to overall business strategy in association with the concern department.

Education & Qualifications: •Bachelors in Business Administration (with a focus on Investment, Finance) or related discipline; •Preferred MBA or any professional qualifications (CPA, CFA); •7 – 10 years of experience in the field of investment;

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
