Black & Grey HR is recruiting for a rapidly growing contracting group in UAE who is looking to hire a Senior MEP Manager for their upcoming projects in Dubai. An experienced Senior MEP Manager is required toprofessionally handle all aspects of their MEP business independently.The role includes managing all stages of the project including ; Pre Construction activities, design, installation, and completion management, post completion obligations ensuring the successful timely handover and full acceptance of all MEP systems by the Client, local authorities and consultants.
The candidate should have a strong regional client network for acquiring new business transaction to fill the companies production capacity.
The candidate should be capable to attend Clients.
Knowledge of design principles and experience in project delivery
Commercial and financial understanding in the above context – ability to contribute to value engineering as part of the design process
The candidate should attend Main Contractor meetings.
Candidate should be fluent in English & Arabic language both written and spoken.
Bachelor or Master in Technology (B. Tech/M. Tech)
Bachelor or Master of Science BSc/MSc(Mechanical or Electrical Engineering),
A minimum total of 20 to 25 years’ experience
A minimum of 10 to 15 years experience in the position of a Senior MEP Manager of a construction company in the UAE is a must.

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
