The Organization: Our client is an agricultural investment company with international projects. For the office of their UAE National President they are hiring an experienced Senior Office Administrator to support the President in everything necessary. Due to the nature of the work and environment, our client is only considering Arab male candidates, already working and living in UAE.
Duties & Responsibilities: •Provide administrative and clerical support to the office of the President; •Take care of all incoming and outgoing communication; •Facilitate the smooth running of the office; •Manage travels and schedule; •Handle information requests; •Prepare confidential and sensitive documents; •Coordinate office management activities; •Take and transcribe dictation; •Coordinate travel arrangements; •Maintain hard copy and electronic filing system.
Skills & Competencies: •Excellent organizational and time-management skills •Proficient in MS Office and other back-office software •Outstanding communication in English and Arabic •Integrity and confidentiality as main values
Education & Qualifications: •Degree in Business Administration or relative field •8-10 years proven experience as Office Manager or Executive Secretary or similar administrative role •Experience in supporting C-level management in corporate environment

Interacting with external customers and internal customers and addressing their queries, requests and complaints.

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
