The role will involve project managing all aspects of Qualt OR Quant research studies from design right through to reporting, including liaising with key clients, creating innovative research designs, developing fieldwork materials, carrying out fieldwork, analysis, presenting and writing up publishable findings.
Assist in managing research projects through the business - project and questionnaire design, sampling processes, weighting and production of deliverables
Design research studies and write small proposals, including costs, with senior research staffModerating workshops, groups and depths with a range of audiences
Ensure the quality of research data is maintained at all stages of the project and any exceptions to the quality and/or timelines are reported in a timely manner.
Develop expertise in delivering common research studies including segmentation, market sizing, CSAT, brand equity/tracking /communication and concept tests, etc.
2-3 years of experience and skills in quantitative or qualitative research methodologies
Experience in conducting in-depth desk research using a variety of publically available sources
Excellent interpersonal skills – ability to positively interact and communicate with a variety of personalities and nationalities
Excellent written & oral communication skills in English, Arabic would be a major plus
