Achieve the budgeted sales and profitability targets
Take up Warranty issues as and when required
Conduct daily review with Supervisor on the following issues and take appropriate actions as required:
o Number of Vehicles IN
o Number of Vehicles OUT
o Delays in Service (Review & Action)
Establish appointment and work scheduling systems and train personnel in their use
Maintain dealership equipment in an effective and safe working condition
Establish equipment maintenance schedules and advise management of equipment needs to improve productivity, efficiency and quality of repairs
Arrange for procurement of Special Tools as required
Communicate and implement After sales Customer Satisfaction Standards to all service personnel and monitor results
Provide a customer record and follow-up system to resolve customer complaints and build loyal clientele for the dealership.
Implement effective advertising and marketing programs to increase the traffic count and sales per repair order
Ensure maintenance and repair pricing is consistent with market practices. Introduce Menu Pricing.
Co-ordinate with Group HR for recruiting, hiring, orientation and staffing levels.
Establish and maintain practices designed to train, develop and motivate department employees in co-ordination with Manager Training & development.
Provide constructive feedback to employees on an ongoing basis and during the formal appraisal process.
Maintain technical bulletins to increase Technician efficiency and Troubleshooting Skills and improve Fix It Right the First Time performance
