* 5+ years’ experience of administrating and developing on the ServiceNow platform
* Server and client-side scripting to increase usability, enforce and encourage company policies and workflows, as well as automate rote tasks being done in ServiceNow. This includes the creation and update of new Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Pages, Macros & UI Policies
* Ability to investigate and identify the root-cause of issues with ServiceNow with little user inputs, and be able to plan a permanent solution with the least possible change and impact to the current setup.
* Configuration/Customization of the ServiceNow system, including creating workflows
* Build service requests from customer requirements including requests, request items and tasks using workflows to manage data flows from the customer to the support teams providing the service
* Ability to develop custom applications in ServiceNow
* Certified ServiceNow Admin and ideally qualified to ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist
* Excellent knowledge of Webservices and related technologies
* Orchestrator knowledge will be a huge plus
* Service Portal development experience
* ITIL experience, ideally ITIL foundation certified or trained
* In depth Functional and technical understanding of ITSM applications including CMDB
* Good functional and technical understanding of OOB applications such as PPM, SDLC, Agile, CSM, Knowledge, IT GRC, Resource & Assessments
* Any experience on Self-Hosted instance will be of an added advantage

New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
