Our client is a leading international specialist in construction, infrastructure and fit-out contracting. Our client brings together the collaboration and partnership of two successful groups to provide a comprehensive range of construction services to their clients in both Saudi Arabia & Bahrain. They are currently seeking a Site Engineer to be based in Bahrain.
Duties & Responsibilities:
When required, attend the pre-construction meeting with the contract director and/or project manager, commercial manager, project surveyor and any other staff deemed appropriate to a particular contract
In conjuntion with the construction manager/construction supervisors, ensure that stage programmes and weekly programmes are drawn up and implemented
When requested by the project manager.site manager assist in the drawing up of the project quality plan and ensure that the staff and operatives on the project implement the plan and operate within the guidelines of the quality manual
Controlling, motivating, co-ordinating and supervising his subordinates and ensuring that their efforts are continuously directed towards a high level of quality, efficiency and safety
Ensuring that the requirement of the project quality plan, the programmes and the operational methods being employed are effective and safe and the general appearance of the works are clean, tidy and well presented

Job Description :

Interacting with external customers and internal customers and addressing their queries, requests and complaints.

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
