About the company: Our client is a leading international Engineering company, they are currently looking to hire site logistic for an Industrial project in Bahrain.
Job Responsibilities: The Logistic / Material Manager reports to the Site Manager and is responsible to:
Receive and check all shipments of equipment and material to the site to verify that the delivered goods meet the requirements of the Purchase Order
Provide leading and control of all logistic activities were necessary
Will be the sole contact between home office shipping department and local logistic department toensure all materials are handled as per the vendor requirements
Field procurement activities
Provide inventory control of project materials on site
Provide warehousing for project materials
Provide supplier quality inspections as required
Provide surplus material control
Provide material and equipment traffic coordination
Provide guidance and training in to Subcontractors warehousing and storage personnel
Besides the tasks of his individual discipline, he is responsible for HSE within his scope of work and reports to the Site Manager. He has the obligation to immediately take the appropriate corrective actions, or to interrupt work if safety and health of people or damage to the environment are foreseeable.
Experience & Qualification: 1- Candidate Must be Bahraini 2- 5 years of experience and above 3- Available Immediately. 4- Experience in Oil & Gas

Interacting with external customers and internal customers and addressing their queries, requests and complaints.

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
