The Organization: Our client is a private healthcare group with hospitals, clinics and outlets throughout the UAE. They have opened a clinic in Abu Dhabi offering professional health care services, with a focus on Filipino patients. They are hiring a licensed Filipino Specialist Paediatric.
Duties & Responsibilities: •Provide detailed explanations of treatment course options and assuage fears; •Responsible to track and administer immunizations on schedule; •Must be able to communicate well with both children and parents; •Providing information, emotional support and reassurance to patients and relatives
Skills & Competencies: •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills •Reliable, responsible and patient •Good analysis and problem solving skills •Intuitive and reassuring •The ability to deal with distressed children and parents
Education & Qualifications: •MBBS or equivalent qualification AND completion of specialty qualification Paediatric •At least 3 years of experience post qualification •Only licensed or eligibility letter holders HAAD/MOH/DHA/DHCC candidates will be considered •Updated surgical logbook (2015-2017) needs to be submitted for application

Interacting with external customers and internal customers and addressing their queries, requests and complaints.

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
