Black & Grey HR is recruting for one of the leading automotive dealership in Qatar. Our client is looking out to hire experienced Senior Auto Technicians to be a part of their skilled team.
Diagnose and solve electrical and hydraulic problems
Must Diagnostic and Repair cars, with complicated and difficult, Mechanic and Electric, Minor and Major FAULT
To handle the vehicle with care, and exercise added care to the vehicles in the facilities,
To use the Job Card "J-D" or Work In Progress "WIP" as the ONLY official document of Record and Communication between the different departments. And the Journey from the Customer to the Cashier.
To refer to the Operation Retail Standard Time of Manufacture Guideline
To achieve REPAIR ON TIME
To respect the CUSTOMER APPROVAL & update the Advisor on every element concerning the customer car’s
To work cooperatively and jointly in purpose to improve Quality Seamless to the customer service
To achieve daily, weekly, monthly and yearly OWN Targets & Objectives on UTILISATION, PRODUCTIVITY & EFFICIENCY
Must inform his superior about any problem that you can encounter during your working, to improve it
To share with the Team knowledge and training information
To always have a professional attitude inside and outside the Company
Must attend all training that has been included
Mechanics; hand and specialty tools and greasing equipment
Familiarity with different engine oils used in different vehicles
Skills in explaining technical diagnosis and needed repairs to non-mechanical individuals.
In-depth knowledge of performing quality repair work in accordance with dealership standards
Effeciency in managing system diagnostics and fully automotive troubleshooting activities
Minimum 3 years experience with European Brands.
GCC Experience is preferred.
Must have an experience in dealerships
Must possess an ECNR passport
Strong communication skills in English

Interacting with external customers and internal customers and addressing their queries, requests and complaints.
Committed TATs are met consistently
Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
