About the company: Our client is a leading international Engineering company, they are currently looking to hire Contract Administrator for an Industrial project in Bahrain.
Responsibilities: The Contract Administrator reports to the Site Manager and is responsible for the commercial and contractual administration of project subcontracts which includes:
Maintain approved bidders list (if applicable)
Provide formation input to subcontract packages
Participate in pre-award meetings when required
Provide contract and Subcontract interpretation
Maintain records of communications and documents including work delays and interruptions
Review and process progress payments and monitor payment retention and back-charge administration
Process changes, extra work orders, extensions of time including contract amendments and commitment authorisations and issue a status reports as required
Maintain the subcontract register
Evaluate and negotiate all subcontract change orders with the approval of the Site Manager and Client.
Besides the tasks of his individual discipline he is responsible for HSE within his scope of work. He has the obligation to immediately take the appropriate corrective actions, or to interrupt work if safety and health of people or damage to the environment are foreseeable.
Bachelor degree in Engineering
Minimum total 5+ years experience
Must have worked on industrial, oil and gas projects

Interacting with external customers and internal customers and addressing their queries, requests and complaints.

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
