Our client is an is an international design firm delivering architecture, interior design, project management, furniture procurement and turnkey services. Our client is specialized in hospitality and luxury residential projects. They are currently recruiting an experienced Technical Architect for Bahrain.
Role and Responsibilities
• Be part of the technical team to achieve the highest quality documentation with a given project timeline • Produce detailed workings, drawings and specifications • Prepare schedules, drawings and any other contract documents • Identify and meet effectively the requirements and expectations of clients’ needs • Highly motivated individual • Strong understanding of design detailing • Advanced knowledge of architectural practice • Advanced knowledge of building materials, detailing, construction techniques, building systems selection, related engineering principles, sustainability strategies and building codes • Practical understanding of the application of digital tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, 3dsMAX, SketchUp • Plan, schedule, organize and execute distinct portions of projects with limited oversight from a director • Technical design input and support for the development of the entire design concept for the assigned work under a director
• Any nationality but based in Bahrain. • Must have 6+ years’ experience and degree qualified Architecture. • Must have experience hospitality/residential projects. • Must have Gulf project experience. • Must have a design consultancy background. • Excellent technical design skills, CAD and Revit • Ability to multi task and work on multiple projects concurrently or multi-faceted major projects

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
