For the GCC region they are hiring a Technical Development Manager, responsible for the professional education of their employees.
Duties & Responsibilities: •Create and execute learning strategies and programs; •Evaluate individual and organizational development needs; •Implement various learning methods companywide (e.g. coaching, job-shadowing, online training); •Design and deliver e-learning courses, workshops and other trainings; •Assess the success of development plans and help employees make the most of learning opportunities; •Help managers develop their team members through career pathing; •Track budgets and negotiate contracts;
Skills & Competencies: •Excellent to speak Arabic and English; •Must be goal-oriented, deadline-driven, and have the ability to identify and solve problems as they arise; •Excellent communication and negotiation skills; sharp business acumen; •Experience in project management and budgeting; •Proven knowledge of effective learning and development methods;
Education & Qualifications: •Bachelor’s Degree; •Similar field experience (Dermatology/Aesthetics/Laser Centers) as Head of Training or Learning & Development;

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
