Duties & Responsibilities: •Lead and direct the telesales team to make high sales •To obtain excellent records in call quality and sales delivery •As an expert sales personnel, he/she makes efforts to build strong and lasting relationships with clients in order for them to not only make one time purchase, but continuous purchase as this increases company sales •Understanding the market, studies the needs and wants of customers and makes available commodities that will meet these needs so as to draw them toward making high sales. •In order to increase company sales, telesales team leaders contact already established customers about new products that arrive in the company, intimate them with their uses and benefits and inquire if they might be interested in buying them. •Manage key customer relationships and participate in closing strategic opportunities
Skills & Competencies: •The ability to motivate and lead a team initiative, drive and enthusiasm •Excellent communication skills, preferred in English and Arabic; •Good planning and organizational skills •Developing strategy, tactics, sales plans and profit targets •Maximizing new business development opportunities
Education & Qualifications: •Bachelor degree in any field; •Experience of managing team around 1-2 years •General or real estate telesales background

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
