Job Description
Job Responsibilities:


Key Functions as Transport/Fleet Manager:
  • Direct and coordinate, through subordinates, activities of operations department and other department in order to maintain good and efficient flow of vehicle in each location. 
  • Collaborate and Assist Management in order to formulate and implement policies, procedures, goals and transportation objectives. 
  • Determine causes of transportation accidents and to improve safety procedures. 
  • Educate and ensure driver awareness of Administrative Procedures pertinent to the transportation function. 
  • Report areas of concern and non-compliance to the Management. 
  • Prepare reports as required by the Management. 
  • Do Email Correspondence in Related with Transportation Concerns. 
  • Perform other duties as may be assigned by the Management. 


Key functions as Facility Manager:
  • Carries out various activities related to such areas as shipping and receiving, materials handling, warehousing and inventory control and property management, as appropriate to the position. 
  • Operates various items of light or heavy equipment as appropriate for routine site maintenance, removal and repair activities as required. 
  • Maintains various supplies as appropriate to the needs of the unit; may coordinate and expedite purchase of assorted day to day supplies and equipment as appropriate. 
  • Maintains cleanliness and serviceability of facilities, grounds and equipment as assigned. 
  • Performs routine employee service-related activities as appropriate to the position, such as security escort, providing directions to locations or services and courtesy transport. 
  • Performs various general office support as assigned; may act as couriers for the unit in the pick-up and delivery of documents, materials, equipment and supplies. 
  • May perform routine, minor maintenance, installation, and repair of physical plant and equipment for the unit as appropriate to the position; may assist with or coordinate larger on- site maintenance and transportation as required. 
  • Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned. 


Other Qualifications:


Minimum 3 years Gulf experience as Transportation / Fleet Manager

Minimum 1-2 years Gulf experience as Facility Supervisor/ Manager

Locally available candidates will be prefered

Must be fluent in English. Arabic will be an added advantage.
