Position: Product Development
Job Description:
Key responsibilities include contracting and negotiations with International hotels and suppliers; implementing contract formalities and Must be able to work independently and initiate product development.
Handling all international related Queries / Customer Complaints / escalations Resolve the same within TAT.
Good hands on experience into Products.
Responsible to build and develop and maintain good business relationship with suppliers, vendors and hotels
Co-ordination for Booking related queries /holiday package/ hotel booking/ itineraries related queries etc.
Self-improving of product awareness and communication skills. Maintain Supplier relations
Client Relationship Assuring all feedbacks and testimonials are collected from client.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills is mandatory
Preferably handled mostly all International Destinations(Europe, Far East, Exotic)

Position: MICE Operations
Job description:
To have a good knowledge about destinations
To be able to understand clients requirements and deliver the appropriate solutions accordingly
To be able to draft of itineraries based on clients requirements
To be able to handle overall operations across all the stages pre, during and post the group execution
To be able to coordinate with all the Corporate Houses on a regular basis
To be able to handle the contracting and negotiations with the hotels and other operational vendors
To be able to escort the group and managing the same on site
To keep a mandate, follow up on the reporting of Pre & Post MICE Group details
To be a team player and have the ability to collaborate along with qualitative deliverance
To be able to adhere with the processes & work ethics

Job Description:
managing day-to-day accounting including Bank reconciliation, Service Tax, TDS, Cenvat, Vendor/Debtor reconciliation, P&L, BSP Payments
Should be familiar with TDS and Service Tax and capable of handling day to day working of office accounts independently.
Preparation and processing of various invoices, payments and bills.
Preparation and posting of monthly accruals, and monthly analysis of the P&L & Balance Sheet Accounts.
Other duties: to prepare annual accounts, carrying out internal audit, present financial reports to top management. Etc. Accounting and Costing

Candiadte Profile:
Min 1 yr exp in Accounts with any Travel Organization

CTC: Up to 4 lac p.a
Job Profile:
Making travel arrangements, Such as Online/Offline Hotel Booking
Preparing quote & processing confirmation to suppliers.
Negotiating with suppliers for better deals.
Designing itineraries for tour packages.
Coordinating with guest for their visa documents.
Appropriate & timely update on visa process..
Making travel insurance online.
Preparing travel vouchers.
Assist & explain guest about their tour plan at the time of final handover.
Contracting for products with overseas suppliers for Leisure products
Good product Knowledge in to various destination.
Knowledge of handling B2B and B2C customers.

Ticketing & Reservations
This position is responsible for the following:
Create reservations and ticket issuance in GDS commands/entries for both Group and FIT travelers.
Should have knowledge of Queue management, revalidation and reissues, cancellations and refunds.
Fare comparison and drive savings through low pricing wherever applicable.
Should be able to review and audit fares if required.
Exposure to Car and Hotel bookings using GDS.
Ensure compliance and adherence to process.
Willingness to work in shifts and occasionally be able to stretch for long and odd hours if required.Manage operations on the floor.
Ensuring availability of staff is maintained above 98%.
Ensuring critical to process level metrics are in place.
Conduct new hire training on the existing processes.
Attending operational or quality meetings as per client schedule.
Mentor and assist new hires and team.
Report deviations and Act accordingly.
Proactively inform manager on challenges faced.
