The Company: Our client is an entertainment company in Bahrain, Currently they are looking to hire a Web Developer
The web developer is responsible for the information that appears on The Company corporate website. The content manager will be responsible for planning, creating, editing and publishing information onto the new THE COMPANY website.
Create, develop and manage content for the THE COMPANY website
Understanding of the special requirements of writing for the Web
Be able to work closely with the technical teams (IT, web designers, developers)
Be able to work closely with contributors, PR team, marketing team and photographers for gathering material for the website
Maintain a consistent look and feel throughout the website
Be able to upload the content themselves
Produce email newsletter, knowledge of Mail Chimp
Understanding of corporate social media
Track and report on all site metrics
Keep current with emerging web technologies
Responsible for content calendar creation
Knowledge of APIs, system integration and customization
In depth knowledge of Java, SQL, PHP and HTML
Basic knowledge of project management, analytics, web optimization and reporting
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's Degree in Web Technologies, Computer Science, Communication Technologies, Commerce, or any closely related skills.
Minimum of two years of experience in a dynamic environment is preferable
Excellent written and verbal communication interpersonal skills
Excellent writing and editing skills
Exceptional organizations skills
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work under tight deadlines
Interpersonal skills to work effectively with contributors, designers and departments.

Job Description :

Interacting with external customers and internal customers and addressing their queries, requests and complaints.

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
