Our client is now recruiting for a Communications & Consumer Insights Manager . You will be directly reporting to the HOD - Marketing Manager Objectives Strategic role: Digital Marketing, Market Research, Communication Management, Consumer Experience, Brand Awareness, Event Management • COMMUNICATION MANAGEMENT Create, implement and oversee communication plan (internal & external), Organise PR calendar for the year with presence in press/ newswire & radio as per budget availability • DIGITAL MARKETING Develop digital presence (website, social media, ecommerce…) + monitor competition • MARKET RESEARCH Gather and analyse data on consumers & industry trends + recommendations/ organise focus groups/ brand health tracker • CONSUMER EXPERIENCE Propose plan for Consumer Experience Enhancement + mystery shopper visits • BRAND AWARENESS Monitor and improve brand awareness, image, equity, loyalty • EVENT MANAGEMENT Coordinate events (Gulf food, Trade shows, special events like MAF Carnival, East Coast Chef Meet etc.) • PUBLIC RELATIONS Coordinate PR calendar, write press releases, coordinate with Press/ Radio/ TV, organise Press Conference Functional role: Content Creation, Brand Management, Speech & Press Releases • BRAND MANAGEMENT Update Brand guidelines book + create toolkit database / look after Brand aesthetics – be involved in packaging design developments + office deco + posm + ideas for trade assets/ maintain uniformity in all communication + develop team of brand ambassadors • CONTENT CREATION Develop content for the brand in form of creative assets (photos, artwork, videos, recipes etc.)/ create and control content of all medias (online, print, video, outdoor, vehicles etc.) • SPEECH & PRESS RELEASES Create and monitor written communication in all forms (starting from speeches to press release, company statement to event announcements) • Visit Market 1-2 days/ month Age: 25 to 34 YEARS. Male or Females QUALIFICATIONS Academic degree-Post Graduate in Marketing Management Proven
