As an account manager you will be developing staffing opportunities nationwide, offering a full range of Information Technology (IT) staffing solutions and Information Technology Consulting Services.
Responsibilities
• Work cross functionally within the company to communicate with all stakeholders in customers' success.
• Create and maintain relationships with customers to better understand and achieve their needs
• Make visits to our customers to identify opportunities for growth within our platform
Manage all reporting about the health of customers' accounts
• Develop client relationships and drive revenue within our IT Consulting and IT Staffing offerings.
• Generate new leads and direct clients for IT Consulting and Staffing across UAE.
• Negotiate contract rates with clients, with a focus on company profitability goals and objectives.
• Meet and exceed company's consulting and staffing targets
• Engage with C-level, VP and Director-level contacts of mid- and large companies
• Execute the business development plan while working with key internal stakeholders
Skillset
• 4+ years related to business development experience in IT staffing and Consulting
• Proven successful sales record in the IT Staffing and Consulting Industry.
• Outgoing personality with a positive and energetic attitude
• Excellent communication skills
Experience (overall IT experience) Location: Dubai, UAE
The ideal candidate will be able to appropriately identify the needs of both new and current customers in order to aid customers in their success using our product. This will be done by developing an appropriate level of communication with clients and internal team members to better understand and mitigate any issues the customers may face.

Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
