Job Title: Accountant

Job Purpose:

Practical experience and understating of store accounting /accounts receivable and valuation of stores including import, consumption of stores and able to maintain book keeping of all store related activities and managing

accounts independently in ERP environment.

Key tasks and duties

1. Updating selling price in master for Spot & Van sales

2. Supervisor for Accounts receivable for RS-SALE division

3. Handling the accounts entries for import purchase

4. Monitor cash register and bank deposit slip

5. Approval for petty cash

6. Preparing documents for supplier code approval

7. Verification of documents like GRN, SUPPLIER INVOICES for Local Purchase

8. Maintaining the documentation work like filling of IFBC bank Document/Weekly Invoice Submission copy/Staff Details File/Import Purchase Documents/Clearing agent documents

9. Perpetual physical stock verification

10. Cross verify supplier quote with Tender analysis

11. Super user in SCM ERP module

12. MIS related Purchase and Sales

Education and Experience:

• A relevant 3 year degree with 6 years of work experience as Store Accountant.

Skills/Competencies required:

Knowledge of:

• JD Edwards knowledge in SCM is must.

• Knowledge in SCM and store accounting is must.

Ability to:

• Handle team of Accounts Assistant.
