Coordinate and define targets in cooperation with the Sales Director
Maintain a high standard of customer service
Business development with new and existing customers in the MENA region
Establish and maintain client relationships with firms involved in the payment terminal, deposit solution and CIT industry
Ensure client satisfaction during all phases
Keep up to date with market development and competitor's products
Represent the company at exhibitions and fairs
Report to the Head of Commercial in Germany
To be successful in this role you should have the following skills and experiences:
University degree preferably in Business
Knowledge in the banking and CIT industry
At least five years of sales experience
Working experience in the Middle East would be preferred
Excellent English language skills are a must, Arabic and/or French would be preferred
Confident and goal-oriented personality
Outstanding negotiation and presentation skills
Self-motivated and independent working attitude
Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships
Willingness to travel within the MENA region and Europe

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
